What You'll Do
- Administer IV infusions and IM injections with precision and care
- Lead daily clinic operations and ensure efficient patient flow
- Collaborate with leadership on inventory, scheduling, and supply ordering
- Assist with mentoring new IV Techs
- Maintain clinical standards for documentation, sanitation, and safety
- Educate clients about IV therapy, supplement protocols, and wellness options
- Promote a welcoming, team-oriented, and service-focused clinic environment

What We’re Looking For
- Active Arizona Paramedic (NRP) or RN license (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of strong IV placement experience
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical skills with calm, professional bedside manner
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- Passion for wellness, integrative medicine, and holistic health care
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
