About this role
The successful NetSuite Account Manager will grow a portfolio of existing NetSuite customers within the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional account management. The Account Manager will develop and implement strategic account plans, perform critical account maintenance activities, and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
