THE JOB:
Carve out an exceptional culinary career as a Butcher at Bellagio's Butcher Shop, where craftsmanship, precision, and quality are at the heart of every cut. Partner with the Head Butcher to prepare premium meats that elevate world-class dining experiences, while upholding the highest standards of freshness, safety, and excellence. THE STARTING RATE: $ 23.7183 USD Hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- De-bones, trims and grinds meats.
- Prepares all specified items.
- Cuts and portions all poultry, fish, and meats.
- Assists Head Butcher with all preparation of all meat, fish and fowl.
- Keeps areas and equipment clean, including all walk-ins and reach-ins within the Butcher shop.
- Maintains safety and health department standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- 6+ months of prior relevant experience similar position preferred
