About this role
Talent Management
- Support the implementation of talent management initiatives, including the 9-Box Grid and talent assessments.
- Support the assessment and profiling of employees to identify strengths, development areas, and potential.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating critical roles across the organization.
- Support succession planning activities and the development of talent pipelines.
- Maintain and analyze talent management data and reports to support decision-making.
Talent Acquisition
- Support the annual Manpower Planning process and ensure recruitment activities remain aligned with approved workforce plans.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, selection, and offer processes.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Conduct and coordinate exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support other Talent Acquisition initiatives and recruitment-related projects as required.
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related requests.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of employee inquiries and HR matters.
- Support employee surveys and engagement initiatives, including data collection and analysis.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
HR Business Partnering
- Build strong working relationships with managers and business teams to understand their people-related needs.
- Attend relevant business and team meetings to stay informed about business updates, priorities, and challenges.
- Monitor team productivity and support managers in addressing people-related matters.
- Partner with managers on team KPIs, performance evaluations, and performance-related discussions.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations based on business needs and employee data.
- Support the identification and implementation of people solutions that contribute to business performance.
Learning & Development
- Support the implementation and coordination of learning and development programs.
- Assist in identifying development needs based on employee performance, talent assessments, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Support development initiatives for top talents and employees across different functions.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and external learning providers when required.
- Track participation and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Collaboration & People Projects
- Work collaboratively with other members of the People Division across different HR functions.
- Support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Contribute to improving HR processes, employee experience, and overall People Division effectiveness.
- Provide support to other team members when needed to ensure continuity of HR activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience , preferably with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Good understanding of core HR practices, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
- Experience with or good understanding of manpower planning, talent assessment, performance management, or succession planning is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with HR data and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees and managers at different levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint .
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership.
