</div><div>In this unique role, you’ll teach essential water safety and swimming skills <em>in the pool</em> and deliver outstanding <em>customer service on the pool deck</em>. Whether you're leading a class or helping families at check-in, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and rewarding experience.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun, proven curriculum (extensive training provided!).</li>
<li>Greet and check in families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations.</li>
<li>Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing in the water.</li>
<li>Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere — both in and out of the pool.</li>
</ul><div>What We’re Looking For:<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>You love working with kids and making a difference.</li>
<li>You’re reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.</li>
<li>Previous experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.</li>
<li>Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.</li>
<li>Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool</li>
<li>Must complete our paid swim instructor training.</li>
