The Talent Coordinator supports the Talent team in delivering efficient and high-quality recruitment processes across both volume and non-volume hiring needs. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination, providing administrative support, and assisting the Talent Partners with various stages of recruitment. Additionally, the Talent Coordinator will coordinate training sessions, onboarding processes, and assist with talent-related programs as required to foster a positive candidate and employee experience and efficient talent operations.
