About this role
Responsibilities
- Manage financial and management reporting , cash flow, tax, GST, budgeting, statutory accounts and reconciliations.
- Support FP&A, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering , providing insights to drive commercial decisions and cost optimisation.
- Drive Finance transformation and automation , leveraging AI, GenAI, data and technology to improve efficiency, controls and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual work and improve Finance operating models .
- Partner with Finance, Technology and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate governance , and liaise with auditors and external advisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Finance, ACCA or equivalent qualification with 7+ years' relevant experience .
- Strong accounting, analytical, financial modelling and reconciliation skills.
- Experience in FP&A, consulting, M&A or Finance transformation is highly valued.
- Strong interest and practical experience in AI, automation, data analytics or financial systems .
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP / BI / workflow automation experience is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious, adaptable and comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.
