Primary job duties include:
- Provide professional, efficient valet services to residents and guests.
- Help with packages, carts, etc., including the delivery of packages to residents units.
- Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles, maintain proper key and security controls.
- Assist residents and guests with vehicles as needed, i.e. assisting with battery charger, contacting AAA.
- Provide support to concierge staff as needed, including answering calls, delivering mail, packages, prescriptions, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required education/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License with a safe driving record.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service.
- Previous Valet experience preferred.
