Core Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or messaging
- Learn about the client’s goals and recommend relevant services
- Guide clients through onboarding and product selection
- Log activity in CRM, track follow-ups, and ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to stay organized in a remote setting
- Previous experience in sales or a client-facing roles a plus but not required
