Location: Hartville, Ohio
Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50 hours/week
Compensation: Weekly pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do:
- Mount steel and aluminum truck bodies onto chassis
- Install essential components such as lights, tarp systems, mud flaps, and side boards
- Perform final preparations including touch-up paint and cab cleaning
- Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Consistent work history with reliable attendance
- Ownership of basic tools (a list can be provided upon request)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility
Physical Requirements:
This is a physically active role requiring:
- Frequent use of step ladders
- Kneeling, squatting, sitting, and standing for extended periods
- Use of a creeper for under-vehicle task.
