Schedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50+ hours/week
Compensation: Weekly pay + Monthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year) + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components for dump body production
- Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MIG welding of steel and/or aluminum
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Strong work history with reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Hartville facility
