POSITION: LOAN PROCESSOR
LOCATION: CENTRAL ARKANSAS
First Service Bank, honored as one of Arkansas’ Best Places to Work for seven consecutive years (2020–2026), is now accepting applications for a Full-Time Loan Processor for our Central Arkansas market. This includes the following locations: Greenbrier, Conway, Maumelle, and Little Rock.

This position offers flexibility to work within 30 miles of the First Service Bank location in which you’re applying .
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
- Previous loan documentation experience for a bank or credit union, related industry experience, preferred, but not required
- Must be computer literate with high proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of web-based technology
Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good typing skills
- Service-oriented skill set
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment
- including: copy machine, telephone, and computer
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle to attend off-site meetings, training, as needed
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
Education / Certification
- High School diploma or GED required
- College degree in related field preferred
Must be available to work full-time Mondays through Fridays on-site.
