Southdale Pet Hospital has served Edina since 1965, with a team of experienced Veterinarians that's always ready to help when your pet needs us most. We are currently seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our team.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience as a Veterinary A ssistant .
- Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures .
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills .
- Comfortable interacting with clients
Responsibilities
- Assist Veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures .
- Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines .
- Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records .
- Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean, organized work environment .
Compensation starting at $18/hr
