About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Linux systems administration, scripting, and CI/CD tooling, with a critical focus on migrating our build and release pipelines from Jenkins to Harness. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and enjoys collaborating across engineering, data science, and product teams.

- Hands-on experience planning and executing migrations from Jenkins to Harness is the most critical requirement for this role.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 4–7 years of relevant work experience; a degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required.

- Proven track record of building and shipping large-scale engineering products, and/or working knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as Azure or AWS (preferred).

- Experience with Shell, Python, or other scripting languages.

- Experience managing Linux systems and working with build and release tools like Jenkins.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

- Comfort operating in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Big Data & Platform Engineering

- Support experience in the Big Data domain.

- Experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining Big Data solutions.

- Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem, including:

HDFS

- Kafka

Containerization & Infrastructure

- Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with configuration management systems.
