We are hiring a Customer Sales Associate who is confident, competitive, and motivated by commission-based earnings. This position is base pay + commission , with the majority of total compensation coming from commission . If you are not comfortable selling, overcoming objections, and being paid based on performance, this role will not be a fit.

What You’ll Do

- Actively engage customers and initiate sales conversations

- Sell monthly car wash memberships and wash packages

- Confidently explain pricing, features, and benefits

- Recommend upgrades and memberships based on customer needs

- Overcome objections and close the sale

- Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

- Deliver strong customer service without losing focus on sales

- Accurately process transactions and memberships

- Maintain a clean, professional sales area

Who We’re Looking For

- Previous sales experience REQUIRED (retail sales, automotive, wireless, fitness, commission-based roles, etc.)

- Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment

- Strong communication and closing skills

- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented

- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive

- Reliable, punctual, and professional

- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced setting

- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
