About this role
Responsible for analyzing business systems, processes and technology to ensure resources are maximized to fully meet the departmental and organizational needs of the county. Requires strategic design and mapping of business user stories and solutions to system/technical requirements. Responsible for creating/documenting process maps and writing technical specifications for new solutions including custom development and system integrations. Provides best practice recommendations for software and process solutions. Determines training needs, develops curriculums and hosts training sessions. Collaborates with IT staff and leadership in all phases of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and provides documentation deliverables as required.
