RushOrderTees is a fast-paced custom apparel company focused on quality, speed, and teamwork. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility is critical to our success, and our janitorial team plays a key role in supporting daily operations.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout our production facility and office spaces. This role is essential to ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
- Restock cleaning supplies and restroom materials
- Clean breakrooms, including appliances and surfaces
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals
- Perform routine inspections to identify cleaning or maintenance needs
- Assist with general facility upkeep as needed
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
- Willingness to work in a production environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Basic understanding of workplace safety standards
