About this role
- Provide technical, application, and troubleshooting support to the field.
- Conduct technical training internal & external.
- Support trade show.
- Communication with factory to get problem solved.
- Define and execute the demo plan.
- Write and present test reports to both internal and external customers with clear, concise data.
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.
