Key Responsibilities:
- Support data governance operations, data quality management, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain metadata, data documentation, and governance repositories.
- Monitor governance metrics and reporting to ensure policy adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Drive process improvements and support governance best practices.
- Lead and develop a small team while managing governance deliverables.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Operations, or related fields.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
- Database management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and team handling experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
