QA Engineer
Role Overview
Ensures quality across the underwriting and AI platform through structured manual testing.
Experience Profile
8 – 10 years of QA / test engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define test strategy, cases and coverage from requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, integration, regression and API testing.
- Validate AI / agent outputs and data flows where applicable.
- Log, track and verify defects in JIRA and report quality metrics.
Required Skills
- Manual testing; API testing (Postman / REST).
- knowledge of Automation frameworks (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright).
- Agile / JIRA workflow and basic SQL.
- Excel & SQL
- Strong on Requirements - Past Experience as BA
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Experience testing AI / LLM outputs.
- Performance / load testing.
