About this role
Oracle Fusion HRIS & HR Technology Transformation will be responsible for managing and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM operations across HR processes, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Recruiting (ORC), Helpdesk, Digital Onboarding, Reporting, and Integrations. The role will serve as the primary HR Technology SME, ensuring system stability, business continuity, governance, audit compliance, stakeholder management, process transformation, reporting excellence, and AI-driven automation initiatives.
The incumbent will act as the bridge between HR Operations, HR Technology, IT, and external partners, driving continuous improvement through technology, analytics, automation, and emerging AI solutions.
