一、人员素质要求

1、本科及以上学历（机械制造、电气自动化、机电一体化等相关专业）

2、10年以上相关工程管理工作经验，3年以上同岗位工作经验，有大型制造工厂或甲级写字楼设施设备管理工作经验

4、熟悉机械原理、电气原理，具备基本的电气图纸及机械图纸的制图及看图能力

5、具备较强的设施设备运维管理的理论知识和实践经验，有TPM推行经验者优先

6 、具备较强的计划、沟通、组织协调、人员管理及综合事务处理能力

7、具备较强的文字表达能力和问题分析及总结能力；熟练掌握office办公软件、CAD等

8 、持有高级构建筑资格证或一级消防员资格证及以上专业职称，熟悉消防系统图纸及国家现行的消防施工规范、施工流程等优先

9 、无犯罪记录/承诺
