里 What you’ll do
As a Logistics Supervisor , you’ll oversee all warehouse and cryoroom operations for our cryopreservation and kitting activities . You’ll lead a team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure that all materials—from ambient to cryogenic—are handled safely and compliantly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily operations, inventory, and documentation
- Coordinating with Program Managers, QC, and shuttle drivers to meet project deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, GxP, and safety standards
- Writing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and deviation reports
- Managing staff schedules, training, and performance
- Participating in audits, facility tours, and continuous improvement initiatives
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly, safely, and on time.
易 What we’re looking for
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or logistics
- 5+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment
- 1+ year of team leadership experience
- Experience with biological/pharmaceutical materials , including cryogenic handling
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, HSE, and ERP/MES tools
- Fluent in French ; professional English (B2+) required
- A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
