Responsibilities:

- Undertaking training relevant to their responsibilities

- Driving Daily Department Demands

- Work with supervisor and other team leads to manage and prioritize tasks to ensure customer demand and the production schedule are met.

- Use basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of the work cell.

- Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment, materials, and labour to line manager.

- Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with line manager.

- Participate as an active member of the production team and running the machine.

- Follow documented policies and procedures as designated by the company’s Quality System.

- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

- Complying with company procedures and health and safety rules

- Helping to eliminate delays in getting jobs out on time. And working in correct order.

- 1 year printing experience (flatbed printer)

- Willingness to learn new skills

Job Specifics

- Working hours Monday to Thursday 6am – 2.30pm and Friday 6am – 13.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch

- Leave one hour earlier than your contracted finish time every Friday (will be paid)
