About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, and other drinks.
- Maintain consistently high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.
- Take and accurately process guest orders and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and work areas.
- Ensure coffee machines, equipment, and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and departmental procedures.
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista, preferably within a 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, café, or high-end hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
