About this role
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Deliver outstanding, personalized guest service in line with Palazzo Versace brand values.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks and promote signature cocktails.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP protocols consistently.
- Assist with inventory control and daily stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and outlet success.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender in a luxury or high-volume environment.
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible, energetic, and able to work outdoors and under pressure.
