Sturgeon Lake Central School is seeking a School Custodian
The Custodian shall:
- Follow established cleaning and sanitation schedules (daily, weekly, seasonal)
- Sanitize high-touch areas and maintain hygiene standards
- Maintain entrances, walkways, and outdoor areas (including snow/ice management as required)
- Empty waste and recycling and maintain supply levels of consumables
- Maintain basic records (cleaning logs, maintenance reports, supply tracking)
- Ensure compliance with WHMIS and safe handling of cleaning products
- Conduct regular facility checks and report maintenance concerns
- Monitor and report facility issues
- Support event set-up/take-down as assigned
- Support building security checks as assigned
