Part-Time Rental Staff – Parks & Rec (CREC)
$17/hr. • 10–15 hrs./week • Weekends & Evenings
Looking for a fun, fast‑paced job where you help make events happen? The Haverford Township Parks & Rec Department is hiring Rental Staff to support parties, community events, and celebrations at the CREC!
What You’ll Do
- Be the friendly face greeting rental customers
- Set up and break down event spaces (tables, chairs, A/V, etc.)
- Support customers before, during, and after their event
- Keep events running smoothly and enforce building rules
- Make sure rooms are cleaned and reset after each rental
- Troubleshoot basic audio/visual equipment
- Know the CREC layout and help guests navigate the building
- Other tasks may be assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs. and perform hands‑on work
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid PA Driver’s License
Schedule & Pay
- 10–15 hours/week
- Mostly weekends and evenings
- $17/hour
- Work at the Haverford Township CREC (9000 Parkview Drive)
