Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and multi-point inspections accurately and efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair common automotive issues to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle needs, service recommendations, and status updates.
- Work collaboratively with team members and service advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up to date on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or in a Quicklane/express service environment preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ASE certification or equivalent is a plus.
