Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc., located in Redmond, Oregon. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with customers, answering inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and handling customer requests and orders in a professional and timely manner.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full time - hourly position that offers compensation of $20 to $24 per hour, paid semimonthly. Additionally, Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid holidays and vacations.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information and referring to upper management for resolution where necessary.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Maintain customer databases, payment records, and other records.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach with all customers.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest changes and improvements.
Track customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements
At least two years experience in customer service
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict deadlines
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
