Our school is seeking hard-working and dependable individuals to join our cleaning crew.

Position Details

- Schedule: Monday–Friday

- Shift: 5-hour shift between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.

- Hours: 20–25 hours per week

- Pay: Starting at $13 per hour , depending on experience

- Weekends: None

- Holidays: None

Job Duties

The primary purpose of this position is to provide general cleaning and sanitation services throughout the Academic and Auxiliary Services Buildings .

Duties include:

- General cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas

- Removing trash and replacing trash liners

- Dusting and wiping surfaces

- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms

- Vacuuming carpets and rugs

- Sweeping and mopping floors

- Basic floor care as assigned

- Cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, and other assigned spaces

- Stocking and replenishing toiletries and cleaning supplies

- Keeping assigned areas clean, neat, and orderly

- Following proper procedures when using cleaning products and equipment

- Reporting maintenance issues, spills, or safety concerns as needed

- Performing other cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications

Applicants must:

- Pass a required background check . No felony, theft, assault, or drug convictions will be accepted.

- Maintain a professional, positive, and dependable attitude.

- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Follow school policies, procedures, and standards.

- Have good organizational and time-management skills.

- Be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

- Occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds .

- Be able to hear and understand verbal instructions.

- Be able to access and navigate all areas of the school as needed.
