About this role

We are looking for an  ERP Supporter (D365)  to join our Digital Operations team in  Gdańsk . In this role, you will support our global organization, ensure  high ‑ quality  ERP performance, and help drive continuous improvement across our D365 Finance landscape. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering efficient,  customer ‑ focused  digital support.

- Provide global D365 Finance support and ensure stable, reliable system performance

- Maintain documentation for business processes and knowledge articles

- Meet KPI goals and deliver  customer ‑ focused  Digital ERP support aligned with agreed service levels

- Follow best practices within Digital Operations and contribute to continuous improvement

- Seek effective solutions and knowledge from various sources to resolve issues efficiently

- Create and update documentation to support users and internal teams

- Ensure proper testing before releasing fixes to production

- Use Data Management to import/export data in D365

- Report significant achievements and challenges to your manager

What do you need to be successful in this role:

- High computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 or D365 FO

- Minimum 3 years of ERP experience, preferably within D365 Finance

- SQL knowledge is a plus

- Great English skills (minimum B2)

- Strong  problem ‑ solving  skills and ability to work in a  fast ‑ paced  environment
