Position Responsibilities

- Oversee HR operations for 700+ employees, creating a culture of high performance and excellent service.
- Lead recruiting efforts across warehouse, facilities and office positions, partnering with leaders to meet hiring goals and support business growth.
- Source, interview and hire high-caliber talent for leadership and key positions to meet hiring needs.
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing HR team to deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract quality active and passive candidates in a competitive labor market.
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring, performance management and employee relations.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
- 10+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience in high-growth, shift or warehouse settings.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Knowledgeable of federal and Texas employment laws.
- Travel for initial training at Uline’s North American locations.
