The Role:

The core purpose of the CMP R&D Engineer position is to develop and analyze functional materials for filtration applications. This position needs to be filled because the success of our organization's filtration applications relies heavily on the development and integration of new materials. By developing new materials and   modifying   existing ones in CMP filter media, the CMP R&D Engineer will help solve the business challenge of improving the performance and efficiency of our filtration products. The CMP R&D Engineer position fits into the organization by working closely with internal and external resources to develop and execute projects that will drive innovation and improve the competitiveness of our filtration applications.

In this role you will:

- The core purpose is the mission of the job

- Develop to survey the relative functional materials with internal and   external in global for   filtration.

- Design   the chemistry tasks include research   survey , trial   finding ,   pilot , HVM, CIP, etc.

- Investigate and corporate methodologies for trial/pilot/HVM with functionalization development.

- Work between Lab and Plant based on   tasks,   project   regarding   CMP relatives.

- Develop the material treatment to alternatives and theoretical/experimental   study   based on projects.

- Execute demo/trial/MFG process to develop the relative functional media for sample/product application based on projects and team support.

- Integrate with internal resources from global BU, regional labs / plants and support team.

- Collaborate with external resources such as government   center ,   institute ,   university   and   corporation .

- Execute IP, internal/external publications for articles, conferences on schedule.

- People and Teamwork: Expect to   be independent   that   work   well with engineers and   collaborates   with cross function   team   to handle scheduling on time in projects and tasks.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

- MS degree in a scientific discipline with experience, especially chemistry and material science.

- Experience in synthesis engineering, functionalizing, polymerization, membrane/depth development are great plus.

- Familiarity with technology   regarding   semiconductor , CMP, purification,   separation   and filtration .

- Possess a deep knowledge of chemistry and /or chemical engineering.

- Hard   skill : Material investigation   as   porosity, particle counting, polymer engineering,   Matlab , Minitab, MS Program.

- Soft skill: Lead with team and communicate well with support members in goals with PACE.

- Continue enhancing the capability in excellence.

- Willing to have   flexibility   to take challenges and well to find the alignment with   team .

- Share successful experience   to team   based on general meeting/discussion.
