About this role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support our software development teams in delivering high-quality solutions effectively. This role will guide Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, promote collaboration, and help teams continuously improve their processes, delivery capabilities, and overall performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, experience working with multidisciplinary software development teams, and excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

- Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and values.

- Support Product Owners in maintaining a clear, prioritized, and actionable product backlog.

- Help development teams define realistic sprint goals and manage sprint commitments.

- Identify, track, and help remove impediments affecting team productivity or delivery.

- Promote effective communication and collaboration among developers, Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams.

- Monitor sprint progress, delivery metrics, team capacity, and overall performance.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, ensuring timely visibility and follow-up.

- Encourage continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and process enhancements.

- Protect the team from unnecessary interruptions and help maintain focus on sprint objectives.

- Support teams in becoming increasingly autonomous, collaborative, and accountable.

- Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders regarding priorities, expectations, and delivery timelines.

- Help coordinate dependencies across teams and contribute to broader Agile planning activities.

- Promote transparency by maintaining accurate Agile boards, reports, and delivery information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or in a similar Agile delivery role.

- Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, and the software development lifecycle.

- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working with multidisciplinary software development teams.

- Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.

- Ability to identify obstacles, manage dependencies, and facilitate effective problem-solving.

- Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to analyze delivery metrics and translate them into opportunities for improvement.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

- Scrum Master certification, such as CSM, PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.

- Experience working with distributed or remote technology teams.

- Familiarity with software engineering, DevOps, quality assurance, and product development practices.

- Experience supporting more than one Agile team or coordinating cross-team dependencies.

- Knowledge of Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, lead time, throughput, and sprint predictability.

- Experience supporting Agile transformation or team maturity initiatives.
