POSITION SUMMARY

The Retail Associate   is responsible for   providing excellent customer   service,   while selling merchandise.   The Retail Associate will contribute to the customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied. Seasonal full-time and part-time positions available through out our retail portfolio. This role is compensated at $20.00/hour.

Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.

E SSENTIAL DUTIES

- Assist   the customer in finding the right product for their needs and   desires

- Accurately and efficiently completing customer transactions

- Accurate cash handling and computer procedures

- M erchandising the store as directed by manager,   supervisor   or   lead

- Answer the telephone according to Stratton’s telephone   standard

- Follow daily opening & closing procedures for your   location

- Participate in all retail/rental & corporate training   programs

- Know the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a   whole

- Continually exceed our guests’ expectations and create memories for both guests &   employee s

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE,   SKILL   AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 16+ years of age

- Previous   retail, or customer service experience, preferred

- Strong computer literacy

- Self-motivated

- Strong communication , and organizational   skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position may be   required   to   work   evenings,   weekends   and holidays.
