Job Summary:

The Assistant Paddle Professional will work with the Director of Racquet Sports throughout the fall/winter season, while teaching and scheduling members for lessons.

Essential Duties/Functions:

- Responsible for attendance and billing for juniors, privates and adult lessons.

- Proper and timely communication with members.

- Teaches paddle to all levels, ages and abilities.

- Participate in events at the Club upon request.

- Schedule court reservations.

- Other duties as assigned for business need.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to problem solve for members.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Maintain professional conduct with members on the court during lessons or general play.

Education and Experience:

- Previous paddle teaching experience.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work in various weather conditions.

- Light court maintenance; snow shoveling, blowing leaves, etc.

Licenses and Special Requirements:

- Certification appreciated but not required.

Pay Rate:

- Compensation is Commission, $90 per hour for private lessons.
