About this role
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Route Assistant to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting our delivery operations and ensuring excellent service to our customers.
Routes are not fixed —you will assist on different routes day-to-day based on business needs and delivery volume
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m. until route completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Support the delivery driver with route navigation
- Help with product deliveries , including stocking and rotating inventory at retail customer locations
- Safely handle products weighing 35–50 lbs , and occasionally up to 150 lbs
- Maintain cleanliness of the truck, trailer, and pallet jacks
- Assist the driver when backing up the vehicle , ensuring safety from obstacles and other vehicles
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety directives
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to perform physically demanding work daily
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours
