Key Responsibilities

As an Assembler, you will assist the Manager and team with:

- Assembling products using detailed instructions while maintaining high-quality standards

- Prepping parts, building sub-assemblies, and assembling pump/motor systems

- Fastening pumps, motors, valves, and components using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, and other hardware

- Accurately recording lot codes of components used in assemblies

- Tracking inventory and documenting completed assemblies

- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace

- Supporting additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

- Ability to read and follow shop sheets and assembly instructions

- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Experience or ability to manage and maintain inventory levels

- Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment

- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills

- Experience using power tools and hand tools safely

- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

- High School Diploma or equivalent
