About this role

Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support DOI IBC-AQD Mission Support Services. This position leads program analysis, assessment, and process-improvement efforts across the contract and serves as a senior analytical resource to Government leadership.

This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Lead program analysis and assessment efforts across the acquisition support portfolio, synthesizing findings for Government leadership.

- Develop executive-level status reports, metrics, and briefing materials.

- Lead process-improvement and efficiency initiatives, including development of SOPs and best practices.

- Serve as a senior analytical point of contact across acquisition, financial, and grants functional areas.

- Mentor mid-level and junior program analysts and quality-review their deliverables.

- Support policy, compliance, and audit-readiness activities from a program-analysis perspective.

- Represent the program support team in Government leadership meetings as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years of program analysis or program/business support experience, or a Master's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination.

- S. citizenship required to support this federal contract.

Required Experience

- Extensive experience leading program analysis and assessment efforts for Government stakeholders.

- Demonstrated experience briefing senior Government leadership.

- Experience leading or mentoring analyst-level staff.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience directly supporting DOI, IBC, or another civilian shared-services program office.

- Experience with Power BI or other data-visualization/dashboard tools.

- PMP or similar program/project management credential.
