Compensation:
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses
- 1st Year earnings typically range from $60,000 - $95,000+ (depending on individual performance. Income potential grows as you build your client base and reoccuring revenue.
- Top Performers have the ability to exceed this range
- $100K+ attainable as recurring revenue builds
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals .
- Sell a full range of Quadient mail automation equipment, software, and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
- Collaborate with Service and Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales environments , especially within technology or software sectors
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated ability in technical sales, understanding product features and translating them into client benefits
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines effectively
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify trends, and develop strategic approaches
