Salary:  Circa £37,000 per annum  
Location:   To be based in either Peterborough, Huntingdon, Lincoln or Norwich  
Contract:   Permanent     
Working Hours:  Full-time, 37 hours per week (flexible working opportunities available)

We're looking for a Flow Support Lead to join our Water Recycling Regulatory Flow Data Team. In this role, you'll use operational and regulatory data to help ensure environmental compliance, influence operational decisions, and support our commitment to protecting rivers and waterways across the region.

You'll  play a key role in supporting our operational teams by providing technical  expertise  on regulatory Flow to Full Treatment (FFT) and Event Duration Monitoring (EDM) compliance. Through detailed analysis of operational telemetry and regulatory data,  you'll   identify  emerging risks, investigate  anomalies  and help drive informed operational decisions that protect the environment and ensure regulatory compliance.

Working closely with operational managers, engineers, regulatory  colleagues  and legal teams,  you'll  be trusted to provide insight,  guidance  and technical support across a range of complex investigations and business-critical activities.

What will you be doing?

- Producing and assuring FFT and EDM compliance information to support operational decision making.

- Analysing telemetry and operational data to  identify  trends,  anomalies  and emerging compliance risks.

- Investigating data quality issues and working with technical stakeholders to resolve them.

- Supporting operational teams with technical advice on flow monitoring,  telemetry  and regulatory reporting.

- Creating and managing Flow Investigation Plans (FIPs), ensuring investigations are tracked through to completion.

- Supporting regulatory and legal data requests through detailed analysis and evidence gathering.

- Maintaining  accurate  records of investigations,  risks  and mitigation activities.

- Working collaboratively across operational,  engineering  and environmental teams to continually improve regulatory performance.

What does it take to be successful?

We're  looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with  data  and collaborating with others to deliver great outcomes.

You'll  ideally have:

- An interest in FFT, EDM monitoring and environmental regulations.

- Experience using operational telemetry systems such as IRIS/ ViewX .

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data from multiple sources.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple activities and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to explain technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
