This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone with true mastery of the bar experience:
What You Bring
✨ Extensive mixology experience in upscale, high-volume, fine-dining or boutique hotel settings
✨ Deep understanding of classic cocktails, flavor balance, infusion techniques, batching, and modern craft cocktail methods
✨ Strong wine knowledge — varietals, regions, pairings, tasting notes, and service standards
✨ Ability to provide elevated guest experiences through storytelling, menu knowledge, and thoughtful recommendations
✨ Professionalism, poise, speed, and consistency behind the bar
✨ A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and maintaining a refined atmosphere
✨ Strong work ethic, reliability, and the drive to exceed expectations
