Fulfillment Lead
The Fulfillment Lead coordinates the daily flow of customer orders through a fast-paced apparel production operation. This position establishes daily order priorities, monitors late and priority work, resolves order exceptions, and coordinates with production, warehouse, and shipping leaders to ensure customer commitments are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate daily production priorities across operational departments.
- Monitor order flow, late orders, rush orders, reprints, and other priority work.
- Maintain FIFO processing for standard orders while managing approved priority exceptions.
- Coordinate production labels and other information required to keep orders moving.
- Identify and resolve order exceptions involving inventory, production, labeling, or shipping.
- Coordinate reprints and replacement work when production errors occur.
- Perform or coordinate inventory/bin audits to identify completed, missing, or incomplete orders.
- Communicate order risks and exceptions to appropriate internal teams and customer/account contacts.
- Use order-management and business systems to monitor order status and drive timely resolution.
- Work directly with department Leads to resolve routine issues without unnecessary management escalation.
