Ability to communicate (oral/written).
Ability to direct and lead subordinates and others safely and efficiently.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, etc.
Ability to plan, organize and direct multiple work activities simultaneously.
Ability to read, understand and interpret field documents, plant drawings, and blueprints.
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts preferably. 
Knowledge of occupational hazards and the ability to follow safe work practices. 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. 
Experience Five or more years of maintenance or related experience is desirable.  Must have Supervisory experience.

Educational:  Bachelor or Technical degree in Facility Management or a related field. 
Certificates, Licenses:  Valid driver’s license.
