Part-Time Patient Experience Coordinator — Medical Spa

Radiant Reflections is hiring   two part-time Patient Experience Coordinators . This is more than a traditional receptionist role. We’re looking for polished, dependable, energetic team members who enjoy helping people, taking initiative, and contributing wherever needed in a busy medical spa.

What You’ll Do

- Greet, check in/out, schedule and assist patients

- Answer phones, texts and patient inquiries

- Process payments and encourage rebooking

- Educate patients about services, promotions and memberships

- Follow up with new leads and inactive/overdue patients

- Assist with before-and-after photos

- Help prepare rooms, restock supplies and maintain an organized environment

- Support retail sales, occasional social media and special events

- Complete assigned PatientNOW tasks and assist the team wherever needed

- Friendly and comfortable talking with patients

- Comfortable recommending services, products and memberships

- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities

- Tech-savvy and a quick learner

- Self-motivated and able to recognize what needs to be done without waiting to be asked

- Flexible, coachable and team-oriented

- Willing to help outside traditional front-desk duties when needed

Previous medical spa experience is   not required . Strong candidates may come from hospitality, retail, banking, medical/dental offices, customer service, sales, college programs, or the beauty industry.

Schedule & Compensation

12–25 hours per week , with a combination of morning, afternoon/evening and occasional Saturday shifts.
 
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus opportunity for   performance-based incentives .
