About this role
The position of Central Access Specialist is an integral part of the Central Access/ Business Area. This position will coordinate with the Central Client Registration (CCR) team to manage access scheduling, gathering initial screening information and provide support for the Central Access Assessment teams. This position will manage customer services, gather initial screening information related to why the client is seeking services, and coordinate the initial referral to the Clinical Assessment Specialist. Following the completions of the assessment the initial appointment will be scheduled with the identified program provider.
