About this role
Lead the daily import and export operations by ensuring all activities are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable Mexican trade regulations. The Import/Export Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising import/export daily operations, developing employees, managing customs broker performance, monitoring operational KPIs, and driving continuous process improvements through automation and technology. The position serves as the first level of leadership for the Import/Export Operations team, ensuring consistent execution of established processes while escalating strategic or complex trade compliance matters to the Import/Export Operations Manager and Global Trade Compliance team, as appropriate.
