SURGERY LEAD RN

This full-time position works in both the Acute and LTS departments to quickly and efficiently address patient concerns while gathering pertinent information to assist the provider in determining care, and supervising care given by LPNs, HCAs, NACs and other non-license personnel. Qualifications: Must have a current Washington State RN license. In addition, BLS, ACLS, NRP, & PALS/ENPC certification is also required. If not certified, certification will be obtained within one year of hire date. Patient ratio is lower than what you will find elsewhere, Apply today!

BONUS DETAILS – SIGN-ON & RETENTION:

- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid upon hire)

- $2,500 1-year Retention Bonus

- $2,500 2-year Retention Bonus

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Minimum Education

Associates Degree in Nursing: Registered Nurse

- Minimum Experience

Two (2) to three (3) years experience as a in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or charge position.

- Background in precepting/training/mentoring staff

- 2-3 years previous clinical experience in a hospital setting

- Adult education experience preferred

$3.50/hr. night differential/$2.50/hr. weekend differential
