Join the LEGO Group as a Digital Merchandiser and help drive eCommerce growth across LATAM. In this role,   you'll   optimize   product content, improve   discoverability, and collaborate with top retailers to deliver an outstanding online shopping experience.   It's   a chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, creative environment !

Core Responsibilities

e-Merchandising ( 50 %)

- Create,   maintain , and   optimize   product content (images , copy, B TC   content, video , etc.) based on performance metrics, SEO best practices, and other insights.  M onitor digital shelf quality   for continual   optimization of content – adhering to retailer requirements .

- Accountable for product launches at eCommerce retailers   across LATAM   – planning and implementing product launches with all applicable selling information and enhanced content. Bring forward ideas to improve this process.

- Work with customers to   d etermine   the most effective product categorization, taxonomy, and navigation structure to improve the online shopping experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Item Set Up, Account Leads,   Marketing ,   Trade Marketing , and external partners .

- Use SEO   tactics   to improve product discoverability and search engine rankings .     This includes ensuring titles, product bullets, product descriptions, and other copy elements are compelling,   accurate , and incorporate relevant keywords to drive organic traffic and increase conversion rates.

- Act as a point of contact with eCommerce partners ,   agencies   and   others   to   facilitate   content   optimization   and ensure consistency across platforms and systems .

Digital Marketing (25%)

- Support Digital Marketing activities with B2B customers, including content creation and management, follow up on implementation of paid campaigns, and   support on   data analysis for future improvements.

Analysis (25%)

- Generate detailed reports on eCommerce   performance CST to   identify   opportunity   for improvement .

- Carry out After Action Reviews for B2B Marketing Implementation with customers to help refine our digital   spend .

- Conduct   test   and   learns   and regular shelf auditing to   identify   trends, actionable insights, and opportunities to improve the digital shelf.

The   eCommerce   team supports development of merchandising strategy, digital shelf improvement, and other digital merchandising activities for B2B eCommerce partners across   LATAM   to increase eCommerce sales .

As a Digital Merchandiser,   you will c ontribute to the growth of the eCommerce business by providing digital merchandising support to our eCommerce retailers .    This includes   improving discoverability, online search rankings, conversion, and the overall shopper experience .

Do you   have   what it takes?

- Hands-on   experience in digital   merchandising within eCommerce .

- Experience with consumer-packaged goods and/or children’s category   is a plus!

- Outstanding writing and grammar abilities — copywriting experience preferred.

- Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and basic understanding of demand generation in online platforms.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to create content with SEO in mind.

- Proficient in critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving.

- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while   still   maintaining   attention to detail and being resilient.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office with particular emphasis   in   Excel and Power Point .

- Self-starter   who   initiates   and   execute s   new ideas   to improve the digital shelf .

- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus!

Nice to have:

- Retail eCommerce platforms   experience  – Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a bonus !

- Team player  – Curious, collaborative, and thrives   in a team setting .

- Adaptable  – Comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
